Dfocus Wins ERP System Implementation Project for SurplusGLOBAL

Dfocus, a B2B consulting specialist and a subsidiary of B2B software company iQuest,
announced on August 1 that it has commenced the implementation of an ERP system
for SurplusGLOBAL. 

SurplusGLOBAL, a semiconductor equipment distribution company,
selected the German-based global ERP solution Canias ERP
to effectively respond to changes in the semiconductor industry environment
and lay the foundation for business expansion.

For this implementation, SurplusGLOBAL has chosen Dfocus,
a leading management consulting firm, as its ERP partner.

The project aims to expand and revamp the existing ERP system company-wide.
The goal is to achieve complete business process integration,
realize end-to-end unified information management
and build a flexible, scalable system for future growth.

A project kick-off meeting was held on May 17,
and the new system is scheduled to go live in February next year.

Dfocus is the first domestic management consulting firm
to implement the Canias ERP solution for a mid-sized semiconductor company.
This achievement is seen as a significant milestone,
laying the groundwork for expanding ERP projects
to other semiconductor companies in the future.

Through collaboration with its parent company iQuest's B2B solutions,
Dfocus aims to offer a more differentiated service model,
expand its presence in the consulting ERP market,
and generate business synergy that is expected to drive revenue growth.
