DFOCUS Co., Ltd., a management consulting firm and subsidiary of leading B2B software company iQUEST, announced that it has officially launched Hyundai ITC’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) system implementation project.
Following the project kickoff meeting held in February, DFOCUS has completed the To-Be process design phase and is accelerating the company-wide digital transformation initiative with the goal of launching the new system within this year.
The project is being carried out as Hyundai ITC — a company responsible for the operation and maintenance of production facilities at Hyundai Steel’s Dangjin Steel Mill — seeks to strategically respond to rapidly changing industrial environments and advance its human resources (HR) management capabilities.
With a focus on HR functions, Hyundai ITC decided to adopt a next-generation ERP system to accelerate enterprise-wide digitalization and strengthen long-term business competitiveness.
The ERP solution selected for the project is caniasERP, which has been widely adopted as the standard ERP system among Hyundai Motor Group’s mid-sized affiliates.
Hyundai AutoEver and DFOCUS are participating as implementation partners. The project has now entered the system development phase, with key business modules currently under implementation.
The planned ERP modules include:
• Human Resources (HR)
• Purchasing & Materials Management
• Financial Accounting
• Management Accounting
In addition, a web-based Employee Self-Service (ESS) system and a mobile attendance management system will also be introduced to maximize usability, enabling employees to conveniently perform HR-related tasks regardless of location.
The project will also integrate electronic tax invoice processing, corporate card management, and firm banking functions, which are expected to enhance operational efficiency while strengthening internal control and transparency.

Meanwhile, iQUEST and DFOCUS are jointly providing DFOCUSHR, a SaaS-based HR platform designed to integrate seamlessly with any ERP system.
The solution offers integrated management of HR administration, attendance management, payroll processing, expense management, electronic contracts, and year-end tax settlement within a single platform.
It is also designed to enable employees to perform tasks anytime and anywhere through a mobile application.
In particular, DFOCUSHR was successfully implemented for Proscom, a specialized attendance and payroll outsourcing company, in November last year, further strengthening its position in the HR solution market.
Building on the experience gained through the Hyundai ITC ERP project, DFOCUS plans to further advance its HR system capabilities in the future.
