On Thursday, December 14th, 2023, the 2023 Tableau Channel Day event
took place at the SKY31 Convention Center in Jamsil.
The event aimed to express gratitude to partners and employees who collaborated with Tableau Korea
throughout 2023 and provided a platform for mutual encouragement
and celebration, preparing for the upcoming year.
As an official partner of Tableau, DFOCUS received presentations on the direction of Salesforce
and Tableau Korea for 2024. Various awards were presented, including the Hidden Champion Award
and Customer Satisfaction Award, recognizing excellence in products and services.
DFOCUS also received awards such as the Giant's Footprint Award and Best ROI Award.
Notably, DFOCUS achieved a renewal rate exceeding 80% as of November,
demonstrating effective communication in understanding customer needs and risks associated with renewals.
We will continue to work together for further development and growth.
