On January 13, 2023, DFOCUS Co., Ltd. held a corporate strategy seminar
at the Oakwood Premier Coex Center in Samsung-dong.
This event was significant as it marked the first gathering of all approximately 150 employees
in a long time due to factors such as COVID-19.
It provided an opportunity for sharing and exchanging long-term growth strategies and visions.
The seminar proceeded in the following order:
"Digital Transformation and Enterprise IT Innovation,"
"Long-term Growth Strategy and Challenges," and "Divisional Business Plans."
Employees had the chance to directly hear explanations from executives regarding the trends
in our business, current situations, and future directions we are planning to pursue.
Moreover, considering the nature of our employees' work, external experts were invited
to give lectures on "Employee Stress Management" and activities such as "Recreation" were conducted
to provide some relief and assistance in self-management for the future.
At this seminar, we introduced the "Funny & Meaningful Award," recognizing various achievements
such as the longest-serving employee (Alpha Omega Award), the person who participated
in the most projects in 2022 (Nomadic Award), and the individual who couldn't visit the headquarters
for the longest time due to project engagements (HQ Lost Award), among others.
Additionally, we introduced each employee who joined DFOCUS between 2022 and 2023,
providing an opportunity for mutual recognition.
CEO Sun Eun-Doo declared DFOCUS's vision as "The Digital Transformation Leader Opening the Cloud World,"
emphasizing the need for all employees to grow as innovative digital experts.
Business goals were set for 225, with a revenue target of 40 billion KRW, operating profit of 6 billion KRW,
and approximately 50% recurring business composition.
The executives pledged to lead by example and provide ample support to achieve these goals.
Lastly, CEO Sun Eun-Doo and the employees participated in a ceremony where they wrote down
and signed their future professional core competencies on a pre-prepared Vision Statement,
encouraging each other, marking a meaningful conclusion to the event.
DFOCUS intends to use this strategy seminar as an opportunity to unearth future growth drivers
throughout the year, maximizing performance, and plans to hold such gatherings annually,
where all employees can share and participate together.
